Around the Bay in a Day

Jump on your bike and join the 2009 University of Melbourne Team in Australia’s No. 1 cycling event, Bicycle Victoria’s Around the Bay in a Day – where the largest number of cyclists in Australia get together to enjoy the health, fitness, fun and challenge of bike riding the distance of your choice around Port Phillip Bay.

When?
Sunday 18 October 2009 – so mark it in your diary and get training!

  • Four distances to choose from ranging from; 50km-250kms
  • Seven different routes
  • Friends and family are also invited to join the University of Melbourne Team, so get a whole bunch together for a healthy fun day out!

Jerseys are limited to the first 150 University of Melbourne students, staff or alumni who enter Bicycle Victoria’s Around the Bay in a Day as a University of Melbourne team member. Size availability is subject to demand. Join in the team spirit and wear the jersey on the day and you will also enjoy a massage and catering in the University of Melbourne marquee as a reward for crossing the finish line.
