Par for the Course!
Vice Chancellor's Cup - The University of Melbourne Golf Day

The 2009 Vice-Chancellor’s Cup – the University of Melbourne Golf Day is being held on Friday 13 March at the nationally-ranked Woodlands Golf Club.

Endorsed by the University of Melbourne’s Vice-Chancellor, Professor Glyn Davis, the event aims to provide staff, students, alumni and stakeholders of the University to socialize and network in a fun and relaxed environment – and what better setting to do this than the golf course!

Woodlands Golf Club has been the home of the Vice-Chancellor’s Cup for the past three years. Located in the renowned Melbourne Sand-belt, the Woodlands layout provides a true test of golf. Noted for its high level of course presentation and friendly club atmosphere, Woodlands provides a complete golfing experience.

The Vice-Chancellor’s Cup is played as a Team Ambrose event. Golfers are encouraged to organise their own team of four, however individuals are also invited to register and will be randomly placed in a group.

Besides the 18-hole round at one of Australia’s best golf courses, the event includes on-course refreshments, a post-round gourmet BBQ, presentations and a guaranteed great time for all!
