WHAT IS BOOT CAMP?

Boot Camp originated as a training program specifically for army recruits to whip them into shape. The modern format maintains the spirit of military style training; aiming to gain high fitness performance through challenging physical exercise. The MUS programs run for 4 weeks with training sessions in the Bright & Early & Express Lunch formats. Each period aims to see improvements in participants’ strength, endurance, power, speed, balance and mental strength. Expect to surprise yourself, have fun, be challenged and get some exciting results.
