Water Polo Club

Melbourne University Water Polo Club is a competitive club with a lot of emphasis on social activities. Training runs every Monday night (8-10pm) at South Yarra Sports Centre throughout the university year. MUPOLO participates in the Victorian State League Competition throughout the year and competes at both Southern University and Australian University Games. MUPOLO holds various social events throughout the year including an annual ball in the second half of the year. MUPOLO encourages participants of all levels to join the club and members are welcome to come to training at any stage throughout the year.

Victorian Water Polo Inc: the club enters a number of teams in the twoVictorian Water Polo competitions held throughout the year. This year, we have entered a Womens State League 2 and one Womens State 3 team, as well as a Mens State 3 and Mens State League 5 team.
Competition Details

Melbourne University Water Polo Club plays in the Victorian State League Water Polo Competition throughout the year. The club has two women's teams (State League 2 and 3) and two men's teams (State League 3 and 5).

The club competes in 2 seasons: The winter season runs from April til July, and the summer season runs from mid-August til December.
