Carmel is responsible for management of the day to day functions of the Guest Services area administration, POS Services and systems and ski Lodge.
Carmel also supervises the Venue and Membership coordinators.

Jen & Donny are responsible for the coordination of MUS' facility bookings - internal and external for Sports Association Clubs, Intercollegiate and Intramural competition, pre-season training, maintenance schedules and various classes.  Jen and Donny are also responsible for the rostering of Reception staff.

Donny is responsible for administration of the MUS Membership database, maintaining communication with members and Human Resource for all membership enquiries. Donny is also responsible for the hiring of annual Lockers.
