SPECIAL BOOKINGS

Special Group Bookings apply to schools, corporate and private events and functions etc. Rates and Terms & Conditions differ to those applicable to the Casual Bookings rates listed in the table below.

To make a Special Booking, please download this specific Special Bookings Form and fax to: 8344 5583. A confirmation letter will be issued once the booking is finalised. To make changes to a booking the Request Change to Booking Form must be lodged. Patrons who do not have an MUS Fitness Membership must pay the 12-Month Access Membership Fee to access member rates for court hire and other services, and to gain access to the Sports Centre building. Otherwise, payment will be at Non-Uni Student Member rates.

Casual Bookings - General Rules

Casual court Bookings can be made a maximum of 2 weeks and a minimum of 24 hrs in advance.

Bookings must be made and paid for in person at the Sports Centre Reception upon presentation of current Student, Staff, or Membership Card.

If available, same-day bookings must be made and paid for in-person.

One 1-hr booking is permitted per Member. Cancellations and transfers require 24 hours’ notice.

Phone bookings CANNOT be made on the day of the booking. However, you can phone to check court availability (we do not hold courts) and you can book courts up to 2 weeks in-advance via phone, provided the booking is paid for in person at least 24hrs prior to the booking start time.

In the interest of fairness to all users, failure to pay for a booking 24 hours in advance might result in the booking timeslot being allocated to paying customers.
