BodyAttack: BodyAttack is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals.

BodyBalance: A dynamic, fitness-to-music program that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed, BodyBalance combines the best of eastern disciplines, like yoga and tai chi, with popular new methods such as pilates. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that will loosen and strengthen your muscles, improve your posture and flexibility and teach you valuable relaxation techniques that will bring your mind and body into a state of harmony and balance.

BodyCombat: BodyCombat combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo into an hour-long routine that will leave you feeling energised, strong, and confident. Music and pre-choreography create an energetic experience that raises fitness levels throughout the whole body, promotes great muscles tone, while reducing fat and cholesterol.

BodyJam: A high intensity ultimate groove class. An addictive mixture of dance and aerobics moves blended with the latest and greatest sounds of hip hop, funk and Latin American music. Les Mills’ BodyJam® will improve co-ordination and is a great cardiovascular workout for all levels of fitness.

BodyPump: Les Mills' BodyPump® tones, builds, and conditions lean muscle mass in all the major muscle groups, thereby raising your metabolic rate and improving your posture, all achieved with the use of adjustable weight-loaded barbells to motivating music.

BodyStep: Great for beginners through to intermediate levels, this basic class involves the use of an adjustable platform. This pre-choreographed class concentrates on simple moves with very few combinations and is put together with inspiring music. Body Step® is designed to familiarise you with Step movements and terminology while working at your own intensity.

Cardio Box: A boxing circuit style class that utilises boxing equipment and movements. This class is designed to provide an excellent upper and lower body workout and requires no previous experience. A great way to improve cardio vascular fitness, while adding a cross-training program to your weekly exercise regime.

Fitball: Using the unique characteristics of the Fit (Swiss) Ball, this class will challenge your core group of muscles. No matter what level of fitness you can do this class. You will develop tone and strength by using the ball to support your body while performing exercises at your own pace. Areas specifically targeted include the postural muscles in your back, legs, abdomen.

Group Cycling: A cycling experience to remember! This original studio cycling program is designed for those wishing to partake in a cardiovascular type class without the brain-strain of a highly choreographed, high impact workout. It is suitable for all levels of fitness and people of all age groups.

Tri Athletic: Suitable for all levels, this complete workout utilises cross training of three disciplines: HiLo, Step and Sculpt. This class provides an intermediate-high intensity workout without the mental challenge of challenging choreography and routines.

Tai-Box: This dynamic class delivers aggressive kicks, controlled jabs and punches with cardiovascular boxing drills. Experience this new style class in a controlled, comfortable environment and work out to motivating music under the direction of a dynamic instructor. Special thanks to Stavros, Chief instructor from Aerostrike, who will once again assist us with the Tai-Box Program.

Yoga & Pilates

Iyengar Yoga 1: No previous experience necessary. An encouraging introduction to the standing and sitting poses, shoulder stand and breathing practices.

Iyengar Yoga 1 & 2: For starting beginners and students with some experience. Providing consolidation and strength, these classes generate a deeper understanding of yoga postures and breathing.

Iyengar Yoga 2: This class is designed for participants who have had previous Yoga experience. This class will enhance your understanding of yoga and build on the foundations you already have through progressive posture and breathing.

Pilates: (pi-la-tees) is a unique form of simple yet precise body conditioning exercises, whic focus on strengthening and balancing the muscles of the body, particularly the abdominals and the back. It creates better posture and flexibility by correcting muscle imbalances. Pilates assists in injury prevention and is useful in injury rehabilitation.
