yogaOur extensive Group Fitness program accommodates all abilities at times ranging from early morning to evening. All classes are suitable for males and females and are instructed by fully qualified professionals.

No matter what your body type, fitness or coordination level Melbourne University Sport's Group Fitness program has a class to suit you.
