![]() MUS Boot Camp; Enlist Today At Melbourne University Sport, we see so many people with plenty of fitness ‘inspiration’, but little fitness ‘motivation’. The inspiration tends to drive people to take the first step, such as buying a gym membership and maybe even a new pair of runners. However, the lack of motivation often means people never form lasting exercise habits. Realising this, MUS are introducing a Boot Camp with a difference. Highly qualified trainers will offer continual advice, support and encouragement as you commit to being put through your paces 3 times per week, spanning two months. The idea behind running such a camp is purely to facilitate your desire to achieve your personal health and fitness goals. Your level of fitness is irrelevant as the qualified trainers enjoy the challenge of accommodating all abilities from the beginner to the experienced camper.
