
Strong to the Bone Group Exercise - Fight Osteoporosis

“Strong to the Bone” is an exercise class that focuses on four key areas that can help you increase your bone and muscle strength. These include Balance, Strength, Stability and Flexibility.
Strong to the Bone group exercise is a 6-week programme run out of the MindBody Studio at Melbourne University Sport. The classses are run by accredited Exercise Physiologist Emma Fitzsimon.
The following classes will run from the week of 20 April 2009: |
- Monday 20th April- 25th May: 7.30am- 8.15am
- Monday 20th April-25th May: 1.30pm-2.15pm
- Wednesday 22nd April- 27th May: 1.30pm-2.15pm
Get in quick as class sizes are restricted to 10 individuals
Cost: $105 (for 6x 45 minute sessions)
