Seminar Series

The MUS Seminar Series is run via the Strength & Fitness Gym staff. All seminars are FREE to MUS Members and will usually involve notes that can either be taken from the session or downloaded from this website. Please also be ready to participate. Most sessions will see you becoming involved and getting active. So, remember your execise attire, drink bottle and towel.
